This stage involves an initial discussion to identify your requirements and help you to find the right property or room. We cover referencing, interests, availability as well as suitability. We can help you to perform searches via our database, that are in line with your budget, as well as scheduling and accompanied viewings.

Referencing

We conduct checks on all potential tenants. These checks are based on income, affordability and previous rental history.
